The space:

Unit B is the upstairs half of a fully renovated duplex on a quiet street in the Braeswood area. Same location as Unit A — walkable to nothing, but 10 minutes from the Texas Medical Center down Main Street, 5 from NRG Stadium, close to Meyerland, the Museum District, and the Galleria corridor.

The design does the talking. A reclaimed wood column anchors the entire open floor plan — kitchen, dining, and living flow together under exposed wood ceiling beams and warm light. The floors are wide-plank hardwood throughout. The kitchen is dark and intentional: charcoal shaker cabinets, penny tile backsplash, gas range, stainless fridge, quartz counters, and a coffee station already set up. The kind of kitchen you unpack your groceries into.

The living area has a tufted black leather sofa, wall-mounted TV, and enough room to actually exhale. The dining table seats four. Art on the walls — real art, not stock prints.

The bedroom is big. Large windows look out onto green space, a wooden bed frame with white linens, ceiling fan, and a built-in wardrobe with drawers so you're not living out of a suitcase. Two bathrooms: a clean powder room off the main space, and a full bath with subway tile tub/shower, dark vanity, and black fixtures.
